Your post isn't clear. Do you have HMRC self-assessment tax returns and bank statements proving income? What category of visa do you have?
(Casa, not CR001)

Read the Tier 1 settlement policy guidance to understand the documentary evidences required from a Tier 1 (General) migrant who is self-employed and is applying for settlement.
If you were self-employed at the time of extension then you should already be aware of it.

Make sure your tax affairs are in order before you apply for settlement.

Reading FAQs for ILR - Tier 1G/Tier 2/WP/HSMP - Read before posting will be useful.

Qualification Period

Post by spellish » Mon Dec 14, 2015 10:58 pm

Dear All

My t1G visa will be expire on 31/03/2016. If I apply ILR on 04/03/2016, if I count total days from date 4th to 31st, then total days are 28. Is that OK to apply on 4th or some other date.

Thanks

When were you initially granted the T1G visa?

You can apply 28 days before the fifth anniversary of the initial grant of the T1G visa.

On what date did you enter the UK after your Tier 1 G was granted.
Char (CR001 not Casa)

Did you make an effort? Q3 and Q4?

And, please keep your ILR queries in a single topic.
