Switching to Tier 4 within UK

Hello,

I am currently in UK on Tier 2 ICT visa and I am planning to apply for Tier 4 visa before my current visa expires on May 30th.

As I am applying from within UK, I would like to know the total maintenance fees that I need to maintain to be eligible for Tier 4 visa.

I have two dependents (My spouse and child). My spouse is already working and is planning to continue working during my studies. In this case, will I have to show the maintenance fees for my spouse as well?
