Need help to fill child benefit form

I have got my ILR under long residency on 14 October 2015
And my wife got FLR(FP) visa as a settle person wife recently
Also my 3 year son mn1 registration still pending
Now I want to apply child benefit but every one says it should be on my name

So my question is, at the child benefit form what should I say my partner detail section
Should I hide and say I am single or give my wife detail and write a cover letter that she is still on public fund provision

You must claim CB in your name. DO NOT state that you are single. This would be considered as a fraudulent application and you MUST include your wife's immigration status.
