LITUK is for privilege of citizenship not for confirmation of PR.

The EEA PR form is what you've posted the link to. Are you finding it difficult to understand? :?

Thanks guys for explaining, but as HO recently changed form names that makes confusion such as eea1- qp
Eea2- FM, eea3- PR Etcetera

But as I am Europe national, do I need - life in the UK and IELTS English test ???

This 2 exams are headache :(

18000 - Europe national

Post by PutiniEEA » Sun Dec 27, 2015 1:37 am

Hi

I am a Europian national, next year I will apply for PR, but my husband is on EEA FM resident card, he will complete his 5 years in 2020. This moment as EU national, I don't need to show 18000+ salary

But my question is , if I will get PR next year, do I need to show 18000+ for my husband RESISTANCE PERMIT??????

Thank u

Not if you are a solely EEA citizen living in the UK.

But if you have British citizenship (not PR) as well as EEA citizenship, then yes, you do. And then, the amount is £18,600.

Just to make clear:
Life in the UK test and B1 level English is required for British Citizenship, not for PR.

No, but the EU Referendum is only a vote to judge how the British people feel about leaving the EU. It won't change any immigration rules.

Thanks CASA. I think I may need to open a thread and explain that the Result of a Referendum, what ever it is, will not lead to any immediate change, that will affect the people who already live here.

People are just getting unjustifiable anxious and worried about this thing.

I am worried that some people may even send themselves to an early grave, through heart attack, before ever a single ballot is cast .

Good thinking Obie. I recall similar concern over the Scottish referendum.

I had that thread in mind, but concluded that it may not assist OP. It has the potential of adding insult to injury.

In my opinion , that thread appears to be the problem and not the solution..

You won't qualify for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR). You will have to apply for Permanent Residence (PR) under EEA Regulations. Are you working or studying and have you been doing so during your qualifying time in the UK?
