I applied tier 1 ent £50,000 psw route second time in oct 2015 & still waiting for reply.. Please anyone in this forum have same issue reply... Also can I send extra business documents to ho for genuinity ?

If I will be refused, is any other categories which I can apply?

Without knowing your immigration history and circumstances, no one on the forum can advise what other categories you might qualify for. Tier 2 G is the only one that comes to mind given the limited information you have provided. You don't even say what your current visa status is.

my history as below:

1st time applied Dec 2012 (in a team)
refused : may 2013
appeal hearing : june 2015
appeal refused : aug 2015
UTT refused : oct 2015

2nd time applied: oct 2015 PSW route £50,000 (own fund + third party)

biometric done

now i'm waiting for reply. i heard about tier 2 general. can i apply for this category? any one know good solicitor for sponsor license as i'm thinking to apply sponsor license for my own business. is that ok?

Suggest you wait for the outcome of your Tier 1 Ent application before worrying about becoming a Tier 2 Sponsor.
