ILR claim period

Post by Malikahmed » Mon Dec 28, 2015 11:53 am

Hi All,

This question might be asked before but i couldn't find the answer. I will be claiming points for tax period 6th April 15 to 5th April 16. Last week of March 15 salary was paid on 6th April 15, can i claim points for it as it was paid in April. There is no period of work shown on payslips.
Many Thanks for your comments or advice.

Regards
M Ahmed

to my understanding the date matters when you get paid , not when you carried the work.

But seniors may have a better answer

Yes, sure the dates matter, not the work period or pay slip dates.
The best example for the success on this criteria is 'Myself'.
