Question Salary criteria extension visa

Hi,

I am trying to extend my visa.

For my SOC code the minimum salary for extension visa is 31,300£ for 40 hours/week

I work only 37.5 hours. re calculation for 37.5 hours/week the salary paid should be 29,300.

If I meet 29,300£ will I be eligible to extend my visa?

However, make sure you read the SOC code guidance clearly as some are based on 39 hrs per week and some are different hrs altogether.

Based on the info you provided, you need to earn a minimum of £29,344 for 37.5 hrs per week. Also, make sure your employer mentions in the CoS that your working hours would be 37.5.
