Switching from Tier 2 to Tier 2 dependent visa

Hi,

I have been made redundant recently and since then I have not been able to get a new sponsorship . My husband is on Tier 2 Visa at the moment. Therefore, I am planning to switch my visa from Tier 2 to Tier 2 dependent. Please suggest if this can be done while being in the UK or do I need to go to Home Country.

You can apply while you are in the UK.
