ILR & Tier-1 General Dep Docs Checklist.Need your Inputs!!!

Hi Friends,

In week's time, I will be applying ILR for myself and Tier-1 General dependent extension for my wife. I would really appreciate if you guys can quickly review the below mentioned documents and confirm if they are enough to meet the requirements. Thanks.

Briefly about myself,
Initial Tier-1 General Application Granted: 28/02/2011
Extension Application Granted: 05/02/2013
Expiry of Current Visa: 28/02/2016

My ILR documents:
• Covering Letter – explaining my application, documents, points etc.
• Previous Earnings Explanation letter
• Self-Absence Covering Letter & Employer Absence Letter
• PBS Self Summary Sheet
• Application Form – Set(o) [ 11/15]
• 2 photographs
• Passport – Old & New
• Biometric Residence Permit card
• Master’s Degree Certificate from UK University
• Life in UK Certificate
• Employer 1 Details: (full time employment)
1. Payslips
2. Personal Bank Statements
3. Employer Letter
4. P45
5. P60 [ 2014-2015 tax year]
• Employer 2 Details: (contracting thru my limited company)
1. Payslips
2. Personal Bank Statements
3. Accountant Letter – Confirming Gross & Net Salary
4. Business Bank Statements
5. Company Incorporation Certificate
6. Company VAT Certificate
7. Invoices
8. Remittance Slips
9. Agency Contract Schedule
• P60’s – [ 10/11, 11/12, 12/13]
• Employment History for 13/14 due to missing P60
• SA302 – 10/11, 11/12, 12/13, 13/14
• HMRC Letters:
1. Certificate of Conformity – this letter I used in my extension application. This letter confirms that all my company taxes before Feb 13 were up-to-date
2. HMRC latest SA Statement – this statement confirms that there are no outstanding payments

Other Documents:( I am not including these in the application holder but will keep it for safe side)
• Company accounts – 10/11, 11/12, 12/13
• Flight E-tickets
• Previous visa Approval Letters




Wife Tier-1 General Dependent Documents List:
• Covering Letter
• Application Form – Tier-1 Dependent Form [11/15]
• 2 photographs
• Marriage Certificate
• My payslips, Invoices & Remittance Slips
• Personal bank Statements showing Maintenance funds for the last 3 months (90 days)
• NHS letters
• Electoral Letters/cards
• Yearly council letters

Photocopies: [ both for me & my wife]
• 2 x sets of copies of every single document

Please, could you clarify my above queries and confirm that all my documents are ok to proceed.

Also, I wish good luck to everyone who are going to apply for ILR in near future.

Just to let you know, My ILR got approved this morning..it took 2 hours approx.. All documents listed above..
