PBS dependants applying for ILR

Post by haisvee » Thu Jan 07, 2016 1:55 pm

Hi All,

I am looking for your advice on few discrepancy on applying the ILR separately for my dependents through Tier 1 General category. I (Main Applicant) have been granted ILR on July 2015. I am applying for my dependents on 15th Of Jan through 2 years route.

The following are the queries looking for your inputs.

1. As this is a sole form for dependents only, where I can mention my details in the application?
2. Do I need to fill Section 9 for my case?
3. Do I still need to produce any main applicant’s maintenance or earnings supportive documents such as bank statements, pay slips, p60?
4. My kids born @ India, Do I need to produce any other supporting document for Kids apart from Birth certificate, passport & BRP card?

Anyone’s quick advice are much appreciated.

Thanks

Senthil

Assuming you got your ILR based on Tier 1 G.

Applicants apply on Set(O)

1. Complete with spouse as main applicant and add child in dependent. They are applying, not you.
2. I don't think so no.
3. Not sure.
4. Should be fine what you have listed.
