HSMp dependents to land in UK with in 90 days of EC ?

Hi Guys ,
I am now in uk since last 20 days and as i am actively searching for job
i sent my wife and kid back home until i find something to live on .now my question is if its really important for my wife and kid to land in UK within 90 days or it was only necessary for me at first to come in uk .

That is a bit harsh!!

Your wife can enter/apply for entry anytime within the validity of your current visa - if you claimed spouse points then it would be beneficial if your spouse was in the UK at the renewal satge (i.e at the end of the first year)
