Hi all,
I applied for a Schengen visa last week through the Austrian Embassy. This would be the 6th Schengen that I have obtained, if approved. I guess I thought I knew what I was doing...
They have sent me an email today requesting updated travel insurance documents, which includes Wintersports cover. This is a strange request, as I had provided valid travel insurance with Wintersports cover, so not sure if this document has gone missing or not.
I will send the documents again, but nowhere on the email they sent me or any website can I find where this information needs to be sent to. I have replied to the original email with the additional proof, but not sure whether I need to mail original copies to the Embassy.
Has anyone been in this situation before? Can you please advise?
