Visitor's Visa Advice

Dear Experts

Can you please guide me on my issue

I am on tier 2 General Visa at present in UK. I would like to sponsor my mother in Pakistan and wants her to visit us in UK for few months. In other words I would like to file visitors visa for her. I am not getting any idea how to do it. I can't find the relevant application form on the UKVI website. Please help me with regards to the:

1. Application form
2. Documents I need to send to her
3. Documents that she needs in order to complete the application on her end.
4. What are the best advices in getting such type of visa successfully

Also provide evidence of mother's strong ties to her home country, etc.
