ILR application query

Hi All

Please help me with the following query

I am applying for ILR in two weeks time (Tier1 gen visa expires 16th feb).As per the five year rule Iam eligible for ILR

BUT
I came to UK in 2006 sep as student and later in 2010 Feb I got Tier1 (gen)

Please let me know what date I have to write in 6.1 ILR application as mentioned below.

6.1 When did you (the main applicant) first enter the UK? This refers to the date of your first entry into the UK at the beginning of the period of stay on which this application is based.

Is it 2006 or 2010?

2010 if based on Tier 1 G, 2006 is applying on the basis of 10 years long residence.

You can add a note in the 'additional information' page about your entry in 2006 if applying on the basis of Tier 1 G.
