English language requirement for ILR dependants

Hi All

Iam applying for ILR(Tier1 gen to ILR) next month.

My wife is dependant since 2010 and she is also eligible for ILR along with me.

She has got bachelors degree from India.

Does my wife need to write any english language exam (apart from life in UK) as per any new rules?
I heard there are few changes in rules.
Please let me know ASAP
