Online Visa Application status has changed. Confused

I have just checked the online visa application status on my wifes application.

It has now changed from Complete to In Active. I cannot click any of the buttons, has this happened to anyone else.

My decision was made on the 10th of December 2015 but have not recieved any calls. Is any one experiencing this? As well
