Switching from Tier 1 Ent to Tier 2

I am on Tier 1 Entrepreneur. Can anyone tell me if it is possible to switch from tier 1 to Tier 2 General.

I think you can as below link says you can switch if you are in Tier 1, not sure Tier 1 Entrepreneur also applicable.

I think RLMT is required in your case if your SOC does not come under shortage occupation list and salary is more than £155,300 per annum.
