Delay in Biometric - Tier1 Visa

Delay in Biometric - Tier1 Visa

Hi,
I have applied within country for Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa, which is a switch from Tier 2 general visa.
Application received by UKBA(POST) - 16-12-2015
Payment deducted - 22-12-2015

I'm still awaiting for the biometric letter. Any idea, how long does it take?
Is there any place, where can i check the status of my application. Hope to hear from experts soon.

No way to check the status of your visa application.

You will need to wait for biometrics. It can take a few weeks and of course with the Festive season bank holidays, there might be a delay.
