It might have been worth waiting till your spouse's visa was processed before changing jobs.

Did she apply from abroad or within the UK?

If from abroad, where is she applying from?

The problem is that if you have provided 6 months proof of earnings, HO expect this job to be 'continuing'. If you have more than one job in the year prior to the application being submitted and decided, you need to provide 12 months payslips and bankstatements as proof of meeting the financial requirement.

You should have either waited or just waited till the visa was granted. You might have created a risk of refusal.

Char , cr001 you saying I should not tell the home office which is better chance

It shouldn't be a problem if I change the job
After applying for visa who knows the future
Is there any restrictions not to change the job after
Applying.

I couldn't keep up with the job any longer
Seriouse issue gad to leave
Also I gave been registered as self employed for over 4 years
And still doing so as part time .
The new job is great more money and less hours but still full time
So I had no chance to lose it

So as proof of earnings, did you submit proof of your self-employment? If so, what exactly did you submit to prove income?

What do you mean when you say you've been 'working full time at this place for over a year'? Your old or your 'new' job? :?

Then you have a sticky problem.

1. If you notify the Entry Office of a change of employment your wife's application will be refused. You would have to show 6 months of payslips in your new job in order to qualify. Your current application is based on your old job continuing.

2. If you don't notify the Entry Officer that you've changed jobs, if they call your employer to check you are still working (which they are likely to do), you old employer will say you've left...and your application will be refused.

Personal Experience - I applied for my wife's Visa on 12th October 2015, changed my job on the 1st of December 2015 and informed Home Office of the change, Visa was granted today. Both Jobs were over 40K so no issues of the Financial Requirement. Hope this helps.

Hey,
Wanted to ask something not related to this post exactly but it'd be great if you can help.
I saw your post in 'Pakistan timeline only' that your wife received her visa after 60 days. So did you receive any email regarding the status of your application in those 60 days? Or you just received an email of the process being concluded later?
I have actually received an email of the process not being straightforward and so am a bit worried.

Thank you.
