Hi i would ask i have one friends he has nationaly italian he married he has 3 childern also them has nationality and her wife she come to uk with tourist visa an she was pregnant and she has another kids in uk i mean he is born in uk another kids study in school and husband work full time?
What them can do for her? she is non ue ,for get eea2 5 years?

if in UK, how long has he been here?
what he has done during all his time in UK? (working or ??);
does he have 1 wife or more?

Natinality her wife moroccain she has residace of italy as well
Her wife she luve with him in uk now she is come to uk tourist visa them has 2 kids and one born now in uk she is come to uk pregnant and 1 kids born last week

It may be unusual to enter on a visit visa as authorities will expect her to leave UK again.

However, as she is in UK and sponsor/spouse is exercising treaty rights (by working), it appears she can apply for a RC.
