Life in the UK test booking

Is it ok for a tier 4 student to book for life in the uk test 4 months before completing 10 years long residence?

I heard that UKVI may start investigation and end up cancelling you current leave on the basis that you are not here to study genuinely but an applicant is seeking settlement.

Gurus can you please comment?

You 'heard' wrong.

You can do the LIUK at any time for ALL visa categories qualifying for ILR.
