Few queries - Form AN (January 2016 version)

Hi All,

I have few in regards to AN application (version January 2016). I will really appreciate if somebody could answer the following:

Question 1.49, page 10 of 31: Address of tax office or tax office reference:

For this question which one of the following shall I provide?

a) Employer PAYE reference, which is something like this 673/ D5466 or,
b) Accounts office reference number, which is a13 digit reference and looks like this 673RQ05677841

Question 6.7, page 23 of 31: asks if the BRP is enclosed..

If I apply via NCS, what should be the answer to this? If I tick “No” to this, shall I then tick “Other” for the very next question?

If I select other, this then directs me to question 6.12, would this be correct?

Question 7.7, page 28 of 31

This question asks me to “Delete” if not applicable…

To do that shall I just cross out the whole question or what shall I do?

Tick Yes because NCS provide certified copy

cross the whole line out and don't tick the box either st the end

Hi all,

I have a question in regards to supporting documents of form AN (version January 2016). On page 30 of 31, it asks which one of the following documents I am submitting (I need to tick by the relevant document). Below is an extract of the section.

SECTION 5 Evidence of freedom from immigration time restrictions: required for all applicants except those covered by SECTION 4 above.
• Your passport showing permission to remain permanently in the UK Or
• The Home Office letter by which you were given permission to remain permanently in the UK
• If you came to the UK as an asylum seeker you should have evidence of appeal applications Or
• Evidence of being freely landed

My question is which one I shall tick as I was expecting biometric cards to be there.

Any help would be appreciated.
