ILR for wife please help

Dear Moderators,

I would be helpful if you let me know whether my wife can eligible to apply SET(M) now.
My wife: 1st visa granted 24/11/2011 valid until 12/07/2012 (Tier 1 General Partner)

PBS Dependent Extension valid from 15/06/2012 until 12/07/2015

FLRM applied valid from 24/10/2014 valid until 24/04/2017 (5 Years route)

My ILR granted: 04/02/2014 (10 years long residency, 6 years student+2 years PSW+ 2 years Tier 1 General).

I have moved your post. It is rude to just tag onto other members topics and it creates confusion.

She doesn't qualify for ILR yet. She needs 5 years on FLR(M).

She should have applied before April 2014 to be considered under the transitional periods where she could have combined her FLR(M) time with PBS dep time if you applied based on long residence.
