Hi everyone,
Just following-up on an EEA related inquiry and would very much appreciate your help.
I have had the PR document for more than 12 months and consider applying for naturalisation through the NCS in a couple of weeks and wanted to confirm the following points, even after reading the AN Guide:
1. Documents required to be submitted alongside the AN application. Is the PR document itself enough or is it necessary to provide additional documents (e.g. student letters, employment verification letters etc) to prove residency during the qualifying period?
FYI: The NCS person suggested I would have to provide residency documents (student/employment letters, payslips, bank statements etc.) in addition to the PR document
2. For the English requirement I plan to provide a degree certificate issued by a UK University (alongside transcript & additional pages that actually say the degree was taught in English). Is it necessary to provide a 'point-based system' print-out as well showing 10 points for the language requirement?
3. Overall, I plan to show-up to the NCS appointment with the following list of documents:
- Completed AN form & payment slip
- EEA Passport and National ID Card
- Document Certifying Permanent Residence as an EEA national
- UK Degree Certificate (inc. transcript & additional pages confirming the degree was taught in English)
- Life in the UK test letter
- Short cover letter addressed to the Case-worker
Kindly let me know if I am possibly missing anything from the list above.
