Urgently please confirm the earliest day for ILR booking ?

Hi,

I just want to cross check the earliest day for apply (Premium Service) for the ILR as I have tier 1 General Visa.
I have got in country converted my Tier 2-ICT visa to Tier 1 General visa on 11/March/2011 and now it will expire after on 16/March/2016.

I have booked the Premium appointment with 3 dependent at 15 Feb 2016 ( Under 28 DAYS Before 11/March2016 first granted) .

I have checked with Date calculator but its little confusing for ADD year month and day (5 years or 4 year 11 months ??? ) . http://www.timeanddate.com/date/dateadd.html

Please confirm is 15 Feb 2016 date is OK as I have 1st granted on tier 1 visa 11/March/2011. If its too early than I will change the date for later day.

If you type (or copy) the following formula into Excel, it will tell you that 28 days before 11th March 2016 would be 12th February 2016.
