ICT short term visa to ICT long term visa dependent

Hi, I am in uk under ICT short term visa. My husband is here with a ICT long term visa. We both work for the same employer. Can I apply for a ICT Long Term Dependent visa and continue to work for the same employer after my short term visa expiry. Cooling off is applicable for my case?

No you should be ok. Cool off applies to your ability to re-apply as Tier 2 main applicant not as a PBS dependent.
