Speed Camera Ticket

Hi All,

I am gonna apply for ILR on April 2016 and believed speed camera has been flashed today at temporary speed limit on motorway.

Is it gonna effect my ILR , if i get FPN or speed camera offence ticket with fine?

Please advice...

if you have not exceeded the speed limit for prosecution (search for 'ACPO speed enforcement guidelines'), you'd receive a FPN instead of court summons.

An FPN should not affect your ILR application, but a court summons might get you in trouble.

Hope i will be getting only FPN (It was 60mph temp speed restriction on motorway and i was driving around 70+ )

Do i need to mention FPN on my application form?
