ILR after 10 years legal resident

i have finish 10 years living in UK and i still have 3 years refugee visa
can i apply for ILR.
from
2005 -2012 tier 4 student visa
2012-2013 post work visa
2013 -2018 refugee visa
August 2015 i have finished 10 years , but still have refugee visa till May 2018

You should be fine yes to apply on Set(LR) provided you meet all the requirements, have no gaps in your visas and are within the absence limits. You also need to provide ALL your passports, including the one you used to enter the UK.
