Dear Moderators,

as we are aware the new rules set by MAC (yet to be implemented by gov) is a major blow for tier 2
for each 5 year visa cost to 5000

https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... _FINAL.pdf

1. will it be most likely to implement in april 2016?
2. will the ISC applicable to dependents aswell..for example if a family of 4 leads to 20,000 for a 5 year visa.? or its only to main applicant where the tier 2 company has to take care of 5000 for 5 year visa
3. is it applicable to incountry new visa extensions aswell

it will be beneficial for you to forget about this ISC for time being. You are almost entirely wrong about everything about it. for a start, this is meant to be applied on employers and not on workers.

i would completely agree with you, but my eager to know this because company feels its burden to them and starts to look for alternative inhouse recruitment..so indirectly impacts tier2 positions

1. will the new ISC charges be most likely to implement from april 2016 onwards?
2. is it applicable to incountry switches say tier2 ict established staff to tier2 G aswell?
3. will the ISC applicable to dependents aswell..(anyway companies has to take care..but curious to ask this)

No one can answer this for you until the government publishes its own rules.

The MAC has only made recommendations. It is up to to the government what the final law will be.

Just keep watching out for new rules - thats the only thing you can do just now.
