Tier 2 General COS application status changes

Dear Members,

My dependent employer has applied for Restricted COS for February month quota. Since the day of application, COS application status is "Pending".

I heard from somewhere that status will go to "Awaiting Review" or "Application under review" or something, But in our case it is just "pending".

Does it mean some problem with our application or is it still waiting to grab HO attention for consideration?

Any answer/suggestion from your previous experience will be greatly appreciated.
