hi everybody i am a non eea national married to eea national( polish girl) in india.so i would like to know which type of visa should i apply to go poland and join my wife and what r the required douments and how long it takes to get the visa.i already checked the site of poish counsulate but there is no info reagarding this.i would be greatful to them if anybody can avice me on this asap.

If you wife is polish and you are moving to polish, then your visa is based on polish law (and not EU law).

You would have to apply for the polish equivalent of a spouse visa.
