Waiting for ILR Decision. Any one just give some idea please

I had applied T1 Entrepreneur Visa on 07th of March 2013 homeoffice still today did not make decision. And I had completed 10 years in September 2015. In 29th of September 2015 again applied for 10 years LR application with full fee covering letter, biomatric letter came on 20th of November 2015 biomatric given same day after that no news. Please can I get some idea how long they will take any kind member thanks.
