Tier 2(work Permit) to Tier 4 Student

Hi Gurus
can someone tell me can someone from Tier 2 workpermit to Tier 4
person has already done MBA in 2009 and now he wants to do one more masters
can he do another masters or he has to do PhD
can someone guide please

It depends whether the MBA was in the UK, what type of visa they had when they did it, whether the new Tier 4 sponsor agrees to sponsor them, and whether the CAS confirms Academic Progression, Advise your friend speaks directly to their potential Tier 4 sponsor to go through all of this with them.

yes he did MBA in UK , he was on student visa when he did MBA
