Dear All,

A friend of mine is asked by the Irish citizenship division to provide a letter from the federal police / Immigration division from his home country that should state his travel history to his home country....

He is not sure how to proceed and who to contact ? Did any of you are asked for similar letters ? Any idea ?

He has provided his current and previous passport copies - why would they not consider the passport travel history and are looking for a letter from the home country immigration department....

Please let me know if someone has a similar situation....

Thanks....
