HSMP Earning Point Confusion

Post by jats3com » Fri Nov 02, 2007 5:24 pm

Hi,

I was worked in UK on TWFS work-permit for 2 years. I came back to India in June 2007. (Till May 2007 I was working in UK) Since then I am working for same UK company from India and invoiced the company for my work.
I will earned £4,400 before December 2007.

I am getting 30 points for Bachelors, 5 Points for UK Qualification, 20 Points for my age. I can get 20 Point for my earning power which is more then £4,300. Total will be - 75 points.

I would like to know can I apply for HSMP even if I earned more then £4,300 in 6 months. I was working in UK but I know I can not show my UK earnings. For HSMP they have asked that annual income should be more then £4,300 for 20 points. Can I apply if I earned £4,300 in 6 months.
Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Jatin

Thats pretty shocking how you are interpreting the rules. You mean to tell me that you think if you earned 4300 in 6 months, then you would not meet the criteria of earning 4300 annually to obtain your 20 points? Is this what you are telling us?

you can apply.
