Question regarding Previous Earnings

Hi folks,

I am going to apply for HSMP approval. But I have a question here regarding Previous Earnings (section 1, "3. Previous earnings from your work" on the application form). Whosoever applied for HSMP approval must have filled this section.

Q26. Start date of earnings period claimed
A26.

Q27. End date of earnings period claimed
A27.

Q28. Please insert the relevant country code from the guidance notes
A28.

Q29. Country where income was earned
A29.

Q30. Amount you earned
A30. Depends on A26 & A27.

Q31. Please insert relevant income band from the guidance notes
A31. Depends on A26 & A27.

In last 12 months, 5 months I was in India and 7 months in UK.
I want my UK earning to be considered.

Can someone who has received an approval and familiar with this situation please guide me what should be the answer for Q26,27, 28 and 29?

Since you spent the majority of the 12 months in th UK, u will be assessed based on ur UK income of 7 months prorated to 12 months.

Therefore the answers to the Qs in your case will be:

Q26: Whatever the start date is.
Q27: Whatever the end date is.
Q28: Band A (UK)
Q29: UK (7 months pro-rated to 12 months as per HSMP guidelines).

Almost , same case here. But what should I put in Primary Country of Residence?

India or SingaPore

CASE1:
(India - 7monts, SingaPore - 5months)

CASE2:
(India - 5monts, SingaPore - 7months)

Please suggest.
