my wife has extension in april 2016 , same time i have to apply for ilr ,
what are required docs for my wife .please let me know .(coz she proved already with her degree in intial application does she still need NARIC certificates)

Applying for extension (leave to remain from inside the UK)

Mandatory requirements:
1. Application form, duly filled and signed.
2. Application fee.
3. Photograph(s).
4. Copy of personal details pages of main Tier 1 migrant passport.
5. Copy of current leave to enter / remain (vignette or BRP) of main Tier 1 migrant.
6. Evidence of maintenance funds as specified in the policy guidance.


does she need ENGLISH requirements ??? which were not asked anywhere !!!???

how much is the fund which needs to be maintianed????

Dear Gurus,

I dont want to start a new thread but I have to apply for my wive's Tier1G dep visa. What proof do i need for Cohabitation ? Is there a requirement as such?

I have following so far:
1. GP certificate that we are at same address from last 4 years.
2. Her bank Statements for last 6 months
3. Virgin bill on her name and current address
4. Council tax in my name
5. water bill in my name
6. Our sons birth Certificate that has both our names
7. Her Vote registered letter
8. My Vote
9. I can ask bank for my 6 month statements if necessary
10 Marriage Certificate
11 Her Naric Statement, She is a Medical Doctor.

Do I need anything else?
