Hello Everyone,
I would like to thank this forum in assisting me in gathering information for my HSMP application form.

I got my approval letter in the mail yesterday!!!

The timelines were amazingly quick for me.

Sent application: 29th of October
Application received: 31st of October
Application approved: 1st of October
Documents received: 2nd of October

So now all I have to do is apply for further leave to remain.

Once again thanks everyone. :D

FLR

Post by hsmppune » Sun Nov 04, 2007 12:03 pm

Hi Ent,

First of all congrats for the approval.

I have a doubt from your post, you said all you have to do now is to apply for FLR.

Does everyone have to apply for FLR once HSMP is approved? My understanding was that once you get approval, you just need to apply for EC either with or without a job.

Is that correct?

Regards

Hello,
Well I am already working in the UK under the working holiday visa programme so I need to apply for the further leave to remain.

If you have NOT made your application within the UK and do NOT already have permission to live and work in the UK then you have to apply for Entry Clearance.

Cheers
Thea
