Tier 2 Extension refusal... reapplication question

Post by naval1234 » Wed Feb 24, 2016 7:53 pm

Hi Guys,

I had posted about my visa refusal a few weeks ago due to my salary not meeting the SOC code requirement. I took a premium service appointment

I have now got a new COS with increased salary on it from my employer. My salary was increased from February. And since my pay slip has already come for this month which still shows the old salary rate, the extra money that I need to get will be added to next months pay slip.
I wont get my next pay slip until March. Also when my Visa was refused they saw my previous pay slips of nov, dec and January.
I'm going to get an appointment for next week. Current visa expires 1st of April.

My question is I wont have a payslip until March 20. Even though my COS says I have an increased salary. Is this going to be a problem? I'm worried they would ask me for a payslip as a proof. I do have a letter from my HR saying that my salary has increased to such and such. Will that suffice in case they ask for it?

I'm going for a premium service center appointment again
