Dependent Indefinite leave to remain-July 9 2012 Rule - 2/

Post by ramvamy » Wed Feb 24, 2016 10:22 pm

Hello All,

I applied Tier1 General dependent in June 2012 in India.

RULE:-->The dependent application made before July 9 2012 2 years settlement rule after 5 Years rule.

My initial application was refused and did not appealed at that time.
I made new application after July 9th and granted immediately.

Now, I have FLR visa and completed more than 3+ years.

My question is can I apply for ILR based on my first June 2012 application which was refused. OR
I should go through 5 years route for ILR.

Please advice.

Thanks
Vam

Your pre-July 9/12 application was refused, so you're on the 5 year route.
