FLR M - Document Valdity

Post by Aroon123 » Thu Feb 25, 2016 3:07 pm

Dear Mods
I wanted to know if my property inspection report and Official Land Registry Deeds are dated 2 months prior to my premium appointment will that be a problem? do these documents have to be only 28 days old prior to application submission for the FLR M application?
Thanks so much for all your kind help

No to land registry document as that is obviously relevant to the date property became yours.

Property inspection report is not mandatory.

Thanks for the reply guys
We are living with parents and this for the FLR M application-
My spouse father owns the home and pays all the bills. We stay there for free.
So its documents that proove he owns the home (land registry) and the property inspection is to confirm that there is enough space for us to live there

Yes. You will also probably require a letter from your father in law

For adequate accommodation, if the property is owned by family, a letter from the family member who is making the accommodation available to the applicant and their family unit.
