Joint account in regard to Tier 1 Entreprenur Visa

Hi guys,

I am thinking to apply for Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa together with my business parter (200k). Being told by someone who claims he is a immigration solicitor that we HAVE TO open a joint account, put the 200k into the account and keep it for 90 day prior to applying.

Does anyone have experience on this?
