dear friends my friends wife studying private LARKHILL LANGUAGE CENTRE improving english and have private comrehensive insurance. IS she useing her EU treaty rights or not. thanks. she paying fee as well.

If your friend's wife is
  • -an EEA citizen herself AND
    -is studying AND
    -has private comprehensive health insurance
then yes, she is a qualified person exercising treaty rights for the purposes of the EEA Regulations 2006.

just worry about private centre but its in uk should be ok.

It needs to be a kosher educational establishment obviously - the student can't just go to pottery classes.
