5 year continuous: Unpaid leave while in the UK

Post by manorey » Sat Mar 05, 2016 7:57 pm

Hi Everyone,

I'm applying for ILR via Tier1 General next month and had a question from you all.

Last year around Jan-Feb time I had 2.5 days unpaid leave but I was employed and in the UK on those days.

These unpaid leaves also show up on my payslips but I'm not providing those payslips as part of application because they fall beyond the last 12 month.

Question is:

- Do companies send unpaid leave information to HMRC and therefore accessible to the caseworker?
- Would this (or any other salary deduction) raise any issue with my ILR application?
- Do I need to provide any letter from work, or myself explaining this?

any help would be appreciated.
