MN1 1(3) - arrival date

Post by nyasecret » Sun Mar 06, 2016 5:06 pm

Hi am trying to fill in the mn1 under section 1 (3) and have a few queries for clarification.
The section on residency where it asks about when child arrived in UK and the addresses, should I fill it in being the child was born in the UK if so I guess the arrival date will be DOB.
Thank you in advance

Regards

So I should ignore filling the whole of section 2?

Thank you for your response.

#fail
(with no refund)

Leave arrival date blank if born & not arrived here.

Answer rest of form with care & as appropriate, following the guidance.

That is right. Still you need to fill all the other sections. noajthan has answered your query understanding the child is born in UK and has a ILR.

Hi,

How to fill parts 1.5 Surname/Family Name and 1.6 Other Names.

For example if the first Name is John Stevens and Family name is Smith then will it be like

1.5 Surname/Family Name - Smith

1.6 Other Names - John Stevens

Yes. If in doubt, suggest you read the MN1 guidance notes which are also helpful.
