EC after getting Employer sponsered WP

Hi,
I have valid 5 years Employer Sponsered WP. I wanted to know, what docs I need to submit for EC with BHC in India.
Aslo do I have to go through Intera Verfication, if yes how much time will it take.

Also since I am outside India, and will be bcak only for 2 weeks,is there a way I can get my doc verified by Integra my self and then apply for EC.Will this save time for me or BHC will again go for Integra verification.
