Toc help needed ASAP pls

Hi myself and my daughter applied for toc for adding new surname. My name is Fareetha Jannath and surname Mohamed Raja.
My daughter's name is Atiyya and surname Mohamed Raja.
In biometrics the first line of name is surname and second line is first name.
My biometric card says Raja in first line and Fareetha Jannath Mohamed in second line.
Same for my daughter Raja in first line and Atiyya Mohamed in second line of name.
We are left confused if our surnames are only Raja for both? Should I inform home office that it's a mistake? I've got only a week. Please help ASAP. Thanks in advance.
