when the driver parked the car at the Höhe Klybeckstrasse 15, the accused

unbuckled the seat belt and was about to leave the vehicle. During the subsequent opening of

the passenger door, he overlooked due to lack of care and attention the cyclist xxxxx

(represented by Dr xxxxxxxx advocate), correctly approaching from behind along the

"A legally valid criminal complaint exists" Court conviction.

Thanks.
But at the time of my tier 1 extension I mention this as a civil judgement because I was not sure at that time that it was a civil or criminal judgment because I was there for business trip and I flew back to UK.
I got the letter in October 2013,but I thought it just a information about the incident and when I applied for tier1 extension I mention it as a civil judgement.

Now if I mention as a criminal judgement as the translation copy said that in that case will it be ok or shall I still keep as a civil judgement?

Will it effect my case?

You can't just state what you thought it was or what you hope it is.
You will have to mention it for what it is. if it says 'criminal ...' in the papers then mention as 'criminal'.

Thanks.
But last time mention as a civil and this time as a criminal.
Will it make any difference and affect to my case?
When I mention as a civil.at that time I don't know about it that it was a criminal offense as I did not have a translation and I thought it was a information paper came in as a result company paid the fine.
