Yes of course,
I kept my application simple and neatly separated every doc or set of docs in transparent L-type doc wallets bought from Sainsburys the night before PEO  .
So docs were as follows(each of these were in separate doc wallets):
- Set(O) form filled and signed with pic in tiny envelope attached to relevant section
- Life in the UK pass letter
- Employer letter(incidentally I've been working here for more than 4 1/2 years)
- Salary slips(12 months)
- Bank Statements(12 months)
- Noddle free credit report(not required really, but as I had a speeding fine through court so thought to add this, as it shows if u've any judgements against u)
- British birth certificate(was born here)
- Copies of previous and current passports with relevant pages(pages that have any immigration stamps or visas)
- Copy of Life in the UK letter, employer letter, salary slips, bank statements

And thats all folks.. :D

Had to say, got bit of a scare there, coz appointment was at 8am so went in early and stood outside for a few mins and got called in.
Was 3rd in the queue(started at 100 and i was 103).
And after an hour or so, docs ready for collection kept coming up with 100, 101, 102, 104, 109, 111.... but not mine :? till after another hour had past and was scared to death and finally 103 came up
So went to the counter, and there it was, congratulations sir ur application has been approved :D
