ILR Appointment Next Week Needs Urgent Help Please

Hi All

Need urgent help, I have my appointment booked next week for ILR application and I want to know about absence from UK, in last 5 years I have been out of UK just for 2 weeks and I approached my employer for letter confirmation bit he is refusing to provide any.

My question is : is it compulsory to submit letter for paid annual leaves, can we submiy pay slip for that month when I was out of UK

Any help will be much appreciated.

Its good to have but if you don't have then you can show your payslips ....which are reflecting your
pay for those holidays .
Employer letter would have given you a plus point ...HO may ask you regarding which you can explain them by
showing your Payslips.

Thank you for your reply, I will try to get letter if not possible than I will submit my pay slips with bank statement reflecting my salary for that particular month.

Hello mate,

If your holidays are not exceed to 30 days which are normally annual paid holidays in one year do not need to submit letter. I had 56 holidays in last five years split in different years longest were 27 days. I did nothe submit any letter.

Thanks for your reply, I was absent from UK for 23 days in 2013 and 15 days in 2015, do you think I will need letter from employer ?

I am on Tier 1 (General) 5 years route applying for ILR,

Just bothered about letter from employer.
